Thank you to every single person who helped make Booze for Boobs 2008 another huge success!!! Thank you to Bridges, our team, babes, guests, sponsors, photographers, and everyone else that helped Babes for a Cure raise over $3000 towards the Susan G. Komen National Race for the Cure. We continued our tradition of our raffling off our team members and friends for $1 per ticket, but also included some fine men into the mix this year. And due to the overwhelming response from local businesses, we were also able to raffle off some gift certificates to a local paint your own pottery, restaurant, and hair salon for those who weren't interested in buying a babe. We also introduced a pink mardi gras beads contest which received great response from Bridges patrons. Attendees could either buy as much as they wanted or give them away to other patrons. Whoever had the most at the end of the night won a prize. Bridges also helped showed their passion for breast cancer awareness by offering pink panties shooters and glowing pink cups to carry their favorite drink in. Babes for a Cure is so excited for the overwhelming response and publicity that Booze for Boobs 2008 has received. We couldn't have done it without your support!!!
